Observation

Rubber mulch measured at 1" by ladder used to access the wooden club house. Need at least 6" ground cover in the 6ft fall zone of the ladder. The railing on the stairs on wooden climber does not meet CPSC guidelines as one area has a 5.5" gap. Spacing on railing cannot be more than 3.5."
